Shipping Costs
We keep it simple—shipping is a flat $5.99 on all orders, regardless of destination. We proudly ship worldwide.
Taxes and Duties
Please note that shipping charges do not include any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied by your country’s authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure of potential charges, please contact your local customs office for clarification.

Please note that delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather, holidays, carrier delays, or customs clearance. Tom Claren is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Status
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you don’t see it right away, don’t worry—we’ll still ensure your items arrive within the timeframe shown at checkout.
Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed. Custom or pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other items.
Item Not Received
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the courier to assist in locating your shipment. If the issue persists, email us at support@tomclaren.com and we will help you.
Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@tomclaren.com or call +1 386 360 0970. Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Incorrect Address
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
